2026 Global Health Summit Opens in Hong Kong with 3,000+ Attendees at HKCEC

The 2026 Global Health Summit opened August 10 at HKCEC Hong Kong for two days. Co-hosted by New Frontier Group and HKIC under the theme EXPONENTIAL: From Breakthrough Discoveries to Global Impact, the summit brings together nearly 200 speakers and over 3,000 attendees for discussions on AI technology, clinical translation, capital support and technology empowerment.

CPPCC Vice Chairman Leung Chun-ying, Guangzhou Vice Mayor Lai Zhihong, Singapore Senior Minister of State Tan Shaoren and HKIC CEO Chen Shiyao attended. CAS Academicians Dong Jiahong and Ji Jiafu, Tsinghua VP Huang Tianyin delivered speeches. HKIC further emphasized its strategic role in promoting international expansion of biotech and medical innovation solutions.
